Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any <br /> public roadway shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirments of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207 , San <br /> Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, and F-1c and the "C <br /> prior to issuance of the building permit. (San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 3622) <br /> f. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map. Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. (San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Title 9-10100-05) <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on <br /> Parcel 2 under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> San Joaquin county Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> Parcel 2 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> 4 . LIBERTY FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a. The Right-of-way shall have a minimum unobstsructed width <br /> of not less than twenty feet (20 ' ) and turn arounds shall <br /> be provided in all access roads in excess of one hundred <br /> fifty feet (15011) in length adequate to handle fire <br /> apparatus. Vertical road clearance must be unobstructed <br /> of not less than thirteen feet six inches (13 ' 611) . <br />
