SA-92-68 OF SUNSEEDS L.T.D. <br /> L.P. (C/O BILL MEDINA) <br /> The request is for a Site Approval application to establish a <br /> 27 , 400-square foot vegetable seed research station in five phases <br /> over approximately three and one-half years. The property is <br /> located on the north side of Peltier Road, 1508 feet west of Dustin <br /> Road, northeast of Acampo. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval . <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire on July 14, 1996, unless (1) all <br /> Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary <br /> building permits have been secured and remain in force, (3) all <br /> necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (4) the project' s initial building permit has been <br /> submitted by July 14, 1994 . <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements . Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1 . This approval shall be for the establishment of a 27 , 400- <br /> square foot vegetable seed research station, as noted <br /> below: <br /> A. Construct six vegetable seed greenhouses of 2 , 700 <br />
