The second possible way is if by-product is recyclable he will use a 25 <br /> foot dumpster and recycle the'grape by-products. <br /> Storm Drainage <br /> There are no public storm drainage services available to the project site. Development <br /> Title Section 9-1135.2 states that any additional storm water drainage created'by new <br /> improvements shall be retained.on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm <br /> drain improvements must be shown.on the required Improvement.Plan. Drainage <br /> calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. <br /> Access <br /> 1 <br /> In accordance with Development Title Section 9-1015.5(h)(1) access driveways shall <br /> have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet <br /> for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department <br /> access be less than twenty20 feet wide. Any lighting shall be designated <br /> to confine direct rays to the premises, there shall be no spill over beyond the property <br /> lines. <br /> Paving <br /> In accordance with Development Title Section 9-1015.5(e) all parking spaces, <br /> driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with <br /> base.material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or-Portland cement to provide a <br /> durable, dust free surface. This regulation must be complied with before building <br /> permits will be issued. <br /> Signs <br /> The proposed sign will have to be consistent with Development Title Chapter 9-1710A <br /> (h). One freestanding sign is allowed. A monument sign shall not exceed sixty (60) <br /> square feet per sign face, not to exceed six (6) feet in height, and be a minimum of five <br /> (5) feet from any future right-of-way line. If the proposed sign exceeds this requirement, <br /> then it needs to be a part of the Site Approval application. <br /> 2 <br />
