The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) The Parcel Map requirement is <br /> waived. A "Certificate of Compliance" is required. (Development Title Section 9-890.4) <br /> . 2.
