Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study 1�erracon <br /> Avanti Nut Co. ■ Stockton, CA <br /> May 19, 2016 ■ Terracon Project No. NA167038 <br /> ' According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department website <br /> (http://www siaov org/commdev/cai-bin/cdvn exe?grp=neiohpresv&htm=zonedef), the site is an <br /> agricultural zone (AG). This zoning designation "is established to preserve agricultural lands for <br /> the continuation of commercial agricultural activities". <br /> According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Waterloo California Quadrangle 7.5 <br /> Minute topographic map dated 1978,the elevation of the site is approximately 55 feet above mean <br /> Isea level. The land around the site is relatively flat. <br /> 1.1.2 Proposed Development <br /> ' We understand that the project will consist of an approximately 18,000 square foot warehouse <br /> 1 with restroom, and associated concrete areas The restroom includes one toilet, urinal, and, one <br /> sink. <br /> ' 1.1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> A site vicinity map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 1. <br /> 1.1.4 Site Map <br /> A.detailed site map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 2. <br /> 1.2 Present and Past Uses of the Site <br /> 1.2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br /> ' GoogleEarthT" exploration software was consulted to establish a history for the site. Aerial <br /> photographs dating from May 1993 through March 2015 were available through the application. <br /> Based on a review of the aerial photographs, from as early as 1993 through 2003, the site <br /> ' consisted of a rural farm with multiple buildings located at the center of the property surrounded <br /> by orchards. Between 2004 and 2007, a new building was constructed north of the farm and the <br /> existing buildings were constructed in phases between 2008 and 2015. <br /> ' 1.3 Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Usage <br /> 1 .3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> Septic permits were requested from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)for the addresses of 9870 & 9982 N. Pezzi Road, Stockton, California. Based on a review <br /> of the EHD records, there were no septic permits issued for the site address of 9870 N.
