SA-93-44 OF ALL STATE <br /> PACKER INC. (C/O ROLAND CONSTRUCTION INC. ) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The proposal is to construct a 22 , 500 square foot packing shed on <br /> a 5 . 86 acre parcel and merge that parcel with an existing 3 . 83 <br /> acre packing and cold storage facility. This site is located on <br /> the north side of Pine street, just east of the Central <br /> California Traction Railroad tracks, east of Lodi. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Community Development Department <br /> a. Assessor parcel number 049-120-37 shall be merged with <br /> assessor parcels numbers 049-120-29, 30 and 33 . <br /> b. 69 automobile parking spaces are required including two <br /> spaces for the physically handicapped. In addition, one <br /> truck parking space shall be provided for every truck that <br /> will be parked at the site overnight. Parking spaces shall <br /> comply with the design standards of Chapter 9-1015 of the <br /> Development Title. (Development Title Section 9-1015 . 3) <br />
