Development Committee -2- <br /> SA-93-44 <br /> C. In addition to the existing truck loading spaces, 2 truck <br /> loading spaces are required. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1015. 6 [b] ) <br /> d. For truck entrances, gates shall remain open during business <br /> hours or shall be recessed sufficiently to allow trucks to <br /> exit the road right-of-way before stopping to open the gate. <br /> e. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall <br /> be paved and permanently maintained to provide a durable <br /> dust free surface. (Development Title Section 9-1015) <br /> f. The design of the additional parking area, including parking <br /> lot lighting if the spaces are to be used at night, shall <br /> comply with Development Title Section 9-1015. 5. <br /> g. Landscaping shall comply with the requirements of Sections <br /> 9-1020. 9 (a) and 9-1020. 6 of the Development Title. Areas <br /> which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic. <br /> h. Outdoor storage areas shall be screened as required by <br /> section 9-1022 . 4 (e) (2) of the Development Title. Outdoor <br /> storage areas shall be surfaced so as to limit dust. <br /> i . Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid walls on <br /> three sides and gated on the fourth side. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.9 [d] or Section 9-1022 .4 [e] [3] ) <br /> j . All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the <br /> premises. No spillover beyond the property line shall be <br /> permitted, except onto public thoroughfares, provided, <br /> however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. <br /> k. Submit an Improvement Plan showing drainage, driveway access <br /> details, on-site automobile and truck parking, signs, gates, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, and grading. Storm <br /> drainage run-off shall be retained on-site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan.
