e. BUSINESS LICENSE. The applicant shall secure an approved Business License for the <br /> approved child care facility prior to the initiation of the use. The Business License may <br /> be obtained concurrently with the building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the <br /> County Ordinance Cade) <br /> f. SERVICES. The approved use shall connect to public water, wastewater, and drainage <br /> systems that comply with the provisions of Chapter 9-1100 of the Development Title. A <br /> will-serve letter from Reclamation District No. 1614 shall be submitted prior to the <br /> issuance of any building permits. <br /> g. PARKING and SURFACING. Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt <br /> concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust-free surface. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5) <br /> (2) Bumper guares shall be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures <br /> or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5) <br /> (3) Parking shall be provided as follows: a minimum of 66 automobile parking <br /> spaces shall be provided for the 33 approved residential units, 4 spaces per <br /> 1,000 square feet of building used for the manager's office, .67 space for each <br /> employee at the child care facility, and .2 space for each child in the facility. The <br /> project is not required to provide covered parking spaces for the residential units. <br /> The size and location of the parking spaces shall be consistent with the <br /> requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the Development Title. Parking details shall <br /> be included on the Site Plan. <br /> (4) Parking restrictions shall be posted and enforced for the emergency vehicle <br /> turning stub shown on the Site Plan. <br /> (5) Accessible parking spaces, including van spaces, shall be provided according to <br /> the requirements of Section 9-1015.10 of the Development Title. <br /> (6) Cne bicycle parking rack or storage device shall be required for every 20 parking <br /> spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> (7) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located <br /> as close as possible to the primary entrance. (CCR, Title 24) <br />
