In addition there are two existing residences, on the property <br /> proposed to be used for Monk housing. Phase One assembly area, storage, and restrooms (960 sq.ft.). Phase Two <br /> expansion of assembly area (480-sq. ft.). Phase Three expansion of assembly area (720 sq. ft). the ultimate <br /> congregation size is expected to be no more than 100 persons. <br /> The Property is zoned AU20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve) and the General Plan Designation is RL (Low Density <br /> Residential). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the east side of Pock Lane, 420 Feet north of Carpenter Road, <br /> Stockton (APN/Address: 179-130-07; 3412 S. Pock Lane) (Supervisorial District 1) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial <br /> Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: if you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than July 3, 2001.
