9510 is required to submit an Air Impact Assessment application to the District no later than seeking <br /> final discretionary approval and to pay any applicable off-site mitigation fees before issuance of the <br /> first building permit. If approval of the subject project constitutes the last discretionary approval, the <br /> District recommends that demonstration of compliance with District Rule 9510, including payment of <br /> ail applicable fees, be made a condition of the project's approval. <br /> 6. FRENCH CAMP MCKINLEY FIRE DISTRICT(Staff Contact: Fred Manding, [209] 982-0592) <br /> a. Project must conform to the appropriate edition of the California Code (currently the 2010 edition) <br /> and all related standards. <br /> b. All permits and fees shall be paid prior to construction. <br /> c. In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage or storage of building materials, <br /> requirements for emergency vehicle access and adequate water for fire suppression shall be <br /> provided in accordance with Chapter 5, Fire Service Features, Section 501.4, Section 503, and <br /> Section 508 of the 2010 California Fire Code. Chapter 5 may be applied in part or in whole, as <br /> needed. <br /> d. The Fire Department Fire Access Road shall meet the requirement established by the San Joaquin <br /> county Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> e. All structures shall be Fire Sprinkler protected. Fire sprinkler plans shall be submitted under <br /> separate fire permit ad shall be submitted by a licensed fire sprinkler contractor, to the (AHF) of the <br /> Fire District for review and approval. Differed submittal accepted. In addition if the facility is required <br /> to have a hood system the plans shall also be a deferred submittal. <br /> f. Fire alarm systems shall be required to the type of occupancy. Deferred submittal accepted. <br /> g. Additional fire extinguishers, location and type shall be determined prior to final inspection. <br /> h. Occupant shall provide a knox box or if one is already provided / installed a Master Key shall be <br /> provided for the knox box. Location/and installation shall be determined by the AHF. <br /> i. Prior to final inspection the contractor shall meet with the AHF to determine the final areas of fire <br /> lanes and signage. <br /> j. All permit(s)and fees must be paid prior to any final inspections. <br /> k. Final approval is subject to field inspection. 2448 hour notice prior to any life safety fire inspections. <br /> 7. SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION (Staff Contact: Laura Brunn [209[ 235- <br /> 0600) <br /> a. New land uses that may cause visual, electronic, or increased bird strike hazards to aircraft inf light <br /> shall not be permitted within any airport's influence area. Specific characteristics to be avoided <br /> include: <br /> 1) Glare or distracting lights which could be mistaken for airport lights.
