The Final <br /> Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Staff Contact: Ted Norgard, 468-3443) <br /> a. This facility has experienced many septic system failures over the years. The Environmental <br /> Health Division is requiring the applicant to obtain the services of a Registered Civil Engineer to <br /> design an adequate septic disposal system for the entire facility. Prior to the-issuance of building <br /> permits, nitratQ loading Wdy by a m,al fed egistered Civil Engineer is required which <br /> indicates that adequate area is available for this based on the Drogosed occu enc d <br /> us . review fee o e paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> ' ns_'o _ <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice of the EPA Design Manual for on-site wastewater treatment and disposal systems is <br /> required. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> b. Submit three sets of food facility plans for all food preparation and serving areas to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> Conditions of Approval -5 - UP-00-8 <br />
