In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, flood plains, and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California <br /> 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the <br /> reevaluation process is completed. <br /> North 99 Frontage Road (E) has an existing right-of-way width of 52.5 feet and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 52.5 feet. <br /> Property Boundary borders on County Service Area 46 <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2.
