No building permits can be issued after Phase 1 is completed (6 lots) until the production <br /> well is in place, accepted by San Joaquin County Public Works, and permitted by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> g. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the existing water supply system on <br /> Parcel 1 (California Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603). The backflow device <br /> must be one that is approved by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division <br /> and the Department of Public Works. <br /> 4. PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC: <br /> a. A 10-foot-wide public utility easement shall be dedicated along the perimeter of all streets <br /> of the subdivision. <br /> b. Any existing pole line facilities affected by the subdivision shall be relocated or*placed <br /> underground at the owner's expense. <br /> 5. PARKS AND RECREATION: <br /> The applicant shall pay in-lieu fees for park development in accordance with Section 9-1230.2 of <br /> the Development Title. <br /> 6. MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT: <br /> a. All ground surfaces should be graded to prevent ponding. <br /> b. All storm drainage should flow into approved sites (proposed Mosher Slough, County <br /> Service Area No. 46). <br /> C. Street gutter drop inlets and storm drains should be free of either sediment or trast. <br /> collection devices that can trap and hold water during low flow conditions. <br /> d. Mosquito control costs directly attributable to any land use are the responsibility of the <br /> project developer, owner, or operator. <br /> e.
