The site is physicaly, suitable for the type of development. <br /> • This Finding can be made because all development requirements In the County <br /> Planning Title and all minimum County standards are mei <br /> 4. The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the subdivision of a 27-acre parcel Into 24 rural <br /> residentlal lots meets the density requirement for rural residential development. <br /> 5. The design of the subdivision or the proposed improvements are not likely to cause substantial <br /> environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat. <br /> • This Finding can be matte because no adverse environmental Impacts were Identlfled <br /> In the analysis of this project No unique wildlife habitat has been Identifled on the <br /> project site. <br /> 6. The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements is not likely to cause serious public <br /> hearth problems. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the subdivision design and the Improvements <br /> must meet County standards. <br />
