Any land or improvements to be dedicated to the County are consistent with the General Plan. <br /> • This Finding can be made because all land or Improvements to be dedicated will meet <br /> County requirements. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> This project is a Major Subdivision application to subdivide a 27-acre parcel into 24 lots. Lot sizes will <br /> range from.91 acre to 1.47 acre. This project is being processed under the 2010 General Plan. Services <br /> will be provided as follows: <br /> • Water will be provided by County Service Area No. 46. <br /> • Sewer will be provided by private septic systems on each lot. <br /> • Storm drainage will be provided by County Service Area No. 46 with terminal drainage into <br /> Mosher Slough. <br /> The applicant is phasing this subdivision. Phase I will include the six lots on the east end of the <br /> subdivision(Lots 1-6). Phase II will complete the subdivision. <br />
