Any illegal encroachments into the <br /> North State Route 99 Frontage Road shall be removed. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 857.4) <br /> e. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and <br /> to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. (Development Title Section 9.1135.2) <br /> I. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of <br /> the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (Environmental Health Division) and the <br /> Department of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water <br /> supply in conformance with the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local fire <br /> district. A test well showing that the production well will meet all applicable standards is <br /> required for Lots 7 through 24. The subdivider shall construct a public water well at the <br /> Rancho Morada Estates well site in conjunction with any development of the project <br /> beyond Lot 6. The well shall be designed and constructed to the standards of the <br /> Department of Public Works and Public Heath Services (Errvironmental Health Division) <br /> and have a minimum yield of 750 gallons per minute. Street lighting shall be provided for the intersection of North State Route 99 Frontage <br /> Road (east) and Tudor Rose Glen. (Development Title Section 9-1150.11) <br /> h. The property shall annex to County Service Area No.46 prior to approval of the Final Map <br /> to provide for the operation, maintenance,and improvement of storm drainage and water <br /> facilities. The property shall annex to County Service Area No.49 prior to approval of the <br /> Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of street lighting <br /> facilities. (Development Title Section 9-1100.4) <br /> L The subdivider is subject to fees for Area of Benefit No. 9 for storm drainage and water <br /> facilities. The fee was $28,621.69 as of October 1, 1991. The fee shall be adjusted <br /> October 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. The Index was 4891.85 as of October 1, 1991. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> j. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when the parcels are developed. The <br /> fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is <br /> $2,88299 per single-lamjly dwelling unit in the Stockton area The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1.of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-90304 & R-91-1025) <br /> k. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when the parcels are <br /> developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application.
