CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> Tract No . 2122 (SU-90-11 ) <br /> Emile Atwood <br /> All conditions, unless otherwise noted, shall be met prior to <br /> filing of the final map. <br /> 1 . Planning Division: <br /> a. A noise attenuation plan prepared by an acoustical <br /> engineer shall be submitted to the Director for approval . <br /> The plan shall include wall construction details to pro- <br /> vide the required noise level reductions to 65 db Ldn at <br /> the west and rear property lines of the affected lots , in <br /> compliance with Section 9 . 3800 (b) of the Planning Title . <br /> The approved attenuation wall shall be in place prior to <br /> the filing of the final map . <br /> b. The barns located on Lot 1 shall either removed or made to <br /> comply with the Planning Title ' s requirements for per- <br /> mitted uses in the RR-65 zone. <br /> 2 . Department of Public Works : <br /> a. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> improvement standards and specifications of the County of <br /> San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications <br /> must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department <br /> of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map . <br /> b. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior <br /> to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall <br /> execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin which <br /> will ensure the completion of improvements within one year <br /> after filing the Final Map . <br /> c . Tudor Rose Glen shall be dedicated and improved to County <br /> standards for a 50-foot-wide right-of-way rural sub- <br /> division street . <br /> d. Access to parcels and street design shall be provided in <br /> conformance with the County Ordinance . <br /> e. North State Route 99 Frontage Road shall be improved with <br /> 100-foot by 12-foot tapers at the ends of the radii for <br /> Tudor Rose Glen. <br /> f . A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County and to provide adequate <br /> drainage for the subdivision. The acceptance by the <br /> County of the drainage system does not relieve the sub- <br /> divider (or his engineer) of the responsibility of pro- <br /> viding an adequate drainage system. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 1 - (SU-90-11 ) <br />
