3 . Department of Public Health Services : <br /> a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. Prior to recording the final map, a letter from <br /> the water supplier will be required which states that they <br /> have the capacity to serve the development and that the <br /> system meets State standards . <br /> b. This proposed subdivision shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . <br /> A percolation test is to be done on each lot , and a mini- <br /> mum sewage disposal area, as determined by these tests, is <br /> to be set aside for each lot for Environmental Health <br /> Division approval . A permit for the percolation tests is <br /> required from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> c . Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. <br /> 4 . Air Pollution Control District : <br /> During the construction process, dust control practices , as <br /> specified by the District , shall be implemented. <br /> 5 . Pacific Gas and Electric Company: <br /> Ten-foot-wide publit utility easements are required on the <br /> street frontages of all lots. <br /> 6 . Lodi Unified School District : <br /> Developer fees shall be paid to the District to mitigate the <br /> project ' s effect on school overcrowding. <br /> T . County Department of Parks and Recreation: <br /> The payment of fees shall be required in lieu of a park land <br /> dedication. <br /> 8 .
