SII-91-12 <br /> OF EMILE ATWOOD (C/O RONALD AELDUM) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This project is a Major Subdivision application to subdivide a <br /> 26. 7-acre parcel into 24 Rural Residential lots. This application <br /> is being processed under the 2010 General Plan. A Tentative Map <br /> for 16 lot subdivision was previously approved and will expire in <br /> October of this year. Services will be provided as follows: <br /> Water will be provided by CSA 46. <br /> Sewer will be provided by individual septic systems. <br /> Storm drainage will be provide by terminal drainage into <br /> Mosher Slough as part of CSA 46 . <br /> This subdivision is located on the east side of State Route 99 , 600 <br /> north of Quashnick Road, in Morada. <br /> The Development Services Division will be recommending that the <br /> Planning Commission approve this application subject to the <br /> following Conditions of Approval. <br /> unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be met <br /> prior to the approval of the Final Map. <br /> This approved Tentative Map will expire three years from the date <br /> of approval. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br />
