Trees shall be spaced at a minimum of sixty (60) <br /> foot intervals or a minimum of one tree per lot <br /> frontage. (Section 9-1020. 6 (a) ) <br /> 2 . For corner lots, street trees shall be required on <br /> both street frontages. The trees cannot interfere <br /> with sight distances and setbacks. (Section 9- <br /> 1020. 6 (c) ) <br /> 3 . Trees shall be 15 gallon in size. (Section 9- <br /> 1020. 6 (b) ) <br /> 4. Trees shall be located so that at 15 years of age <br /> the crown will not encroach across side property <br /> lines. (Section 9-1020. 6 (d) ) <br /> 5 . Trees shall be located a minimum of 10 feet from <br /> driveways. (Section 9-1020. 6 (e) ) <br /> 6. Trees shall be located a minimum of 4 feet and a <br /> maximum of 10 feet outside of the road right-of- <br /> way. (Section 9-1020. 6 (f) ) <br /> 7. Street trees shall be required. along street <br /> frontages where _ noise attenuation walls are <br /> required. They shall be placed in the yard or <br /> integral with a serpentine wall. (Section 9- <br /> 1020. 6 (g) ) <br /> 8. Trees shall be chosen from the County Tree List. <br /> (Section 9-1020. 6 (h) ) <br /> 9 . Exceptions to street tree planting may be permitted <br /> on those lots where proper spacing is not possible <br /> provided the exceptions are granted by the Director <br /> of Community Development.
