SA-91-25 <br /> KAUTZ FAMILY FARMS (C/O VIC MEYER ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The Development Services Division intends to recommend approval of <br /> Application No. SA-91-25, subject to the following conditions. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Condition of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of <br /> any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) <br /> all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. The approval shall only be for gasoline sales, car wash <br /> and accessory convenience store. The approval does not <br /> include automotive repair. <br /> b. No outdoor storage is permitted. <br /> C. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth <br /> side. <br /> d. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to <br /> the premises, and with no spillover beyond the property. <br />
