St. Rte. 88 , Stockton <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 1. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> a. Provide one-hour occupancy separation between the Mini- <br /> Market and the car wash. <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> C. The floor area of the car wash shall be served by one or <br /> more floor drains which shall drain to an approved grease <br /> and oil separator. The separator shall have prior <br /> approval by the Public Health Services (Environmental <br /> Division) before submission to this Division for permits <br /> and meet all the criteria for hazardous waste generation. <br /> d. Provide two exits in the Mini-Market and a 201 separation <br /> between fuel pumps and the building or provide a one-hour <br /> occupancy separation between canopy and the building. <br /> 2 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space (s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br />
