THIS WILL INCLUDE THE <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF A 4,000 SQUARE FOOT WAREHOUSE BUILDING <br /> AND USE OF AN EXISTING 1,740 SQUARE FOOT RESIDENCE. THE <br /> REMAINDER OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE USED FOR EQUIPMENT, <br /> PLANT,AND OTHER LANDSCAPING MATERIAL STORAGE,LOCATED <br /> ON THE EAST SIDE OF NORTH STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 99 EAST <br /> FRONTAGE ROAD, 1,500 FEET NORTH OF EIGHT MILE ROAD. <br /> (SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 4) <br /> APPLICANT: Jennifer Jolley APN: 059-160-62 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. In addition,the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Insurance Studies , which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management <br /> Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps <br /> are available for review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> North State Highway Route 99 East Frontage Road has a variable existing right-of-way width <br /> and a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2.
