STATE ROUTE HIGHWAY 99
EAST FRONTAGE ROAD
LODI, CALIFORNIA
OUR JOB NUMBER: LGOI-320
1. INTRODUCTION
Our office was retained by Mr. Stan Chesney to conduct a Soil Suitability Study for
subject property. We understand that the Soil Suitability Study was required by the San Joaquin
County Development Title for project approval by the San Joaquin County Planning Department.
The study was conducted to determine weather the soils of the parcel are suitable for a new septic
system and leach lines. The property is located at 11076 N. State Route 99 East Frontage Road
(Plate 1). Based on the property address,the Assessor's Parcel Number(APN) is 059-160-62
and the property area is 1.69 acres. This information was obtained from the San Joaquin County
Community Development Department.
The study was performed according to the requirements of Section 9-1105.2(d)of the
` San Joaquin County Development under the direction of San Joaquin County, Public Health
Services, Environmental Health Division(SJC PHS-EHD).
Major elements of the field work included one(1) exploratory soil boring, two (2) in-situ
percolation tests. No ground water nitrate and DBCP test was performed due to an apparent
` upper seal/casing problem with the existing water well as indicated by Mr.Ted Norgard,
R.E.H.S., SJC PHS-EHD. Therefore a ground-water sample can be collected after the necessary
well repair is made and Mr. Ted Norgard is notified.
In addition to conducting the field work, a review of published soil information, geologic
maps, and available ground water information was reviewed to determine the suitability of soils.
This report presents the results of our study.
