PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
We understand that the property will be primarily utilized for a residence and warehouse
facility for Premier Environmental Company located at 1215 Brookside Road, Stockton CA.
Premier is an erosion control landscape maintenance company. Presently, there is one residence
on the property which will continue to be used as a residence. A second residence located on the
property was recently demolished. A 4,000-sf warehouse is to be constructed to store supplies
for Premier Environmental's operation. The warehouse will contain a restroom for use with
., employees. A water well and septic system are present on the property. It is planned to repair
the domestic water well and replace the existing septic system. The water well needs PVC
casing repair and a hole patched. The old septic system will be abandoned and the new septic
system will serve the needs of both the existing residence and proposed warehouse building.
M.
