e. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> f. The driveway shall be designed/configured so that semi-truck and trailers enter <br /> and exit from/to West State Route 99 Frontage Road without encroaching into the <br /> oncoming lane. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector <br /> Control District(209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the <br /> prevention of mosquitoes. Best Management Practices (BMP) guidelines for storm water <br /> devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (i i.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the <br /> time of permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction <br /> requirements (Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) and all requirements of the State of California <br /> (CCR Title 23) that are in force at the time of permit issuance. As an example, these <br /> requirements may include raising the finish floor elevation one foot above the expected <br /> flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT: (Contact Person: Ted Tasiopoulos, (209] <br /> 953-7698 <br /> a. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by <br /> the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability <br /> to assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and <br /> C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: <br /> Applicant shall contact Adrienne Elisaesser, Lead Senior Registered <br /> Environmental Health Specialist, at (209) 468-0343, to determine if the existing <br /> well can be permitted as a public water system prior to final occupancy. <br /> b. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the <br /> maximum number of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. <br /> In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it <br /> cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area.
