SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trailers and <br /> storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in <br /> height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street shall not be <br /> stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]). <br /> g. The fee is <br /> due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based <br /> on the current schedule at the time of payment. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> C. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will <br /> be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> d. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. The fee <br /> shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2015 <br /> at the rate of 4.55 percent.
