Phase one is the construction of a 19,940 square foot two-story assembly <br /> hall, 2,300 square foot one-story restroom building, and parking area. Phase two, <br /> building permits to be issued within 36 months, is the construction of a 14,750 square <br /> foot two story kitchen, dining, and retreat building. The permit also includes four <br /> Special Events. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract.
