Lodi, A <br /> Dear Mr. Griffin. <br /> As a follow-up to our recent telephone conversations, the owner of the referenced <br /> real property would like to have an additional continuance to the Use Permit hearing <br /> which is presently scheduled before the San Joaquin County Planning Commission for <br /> October 20, 2011. <br /> The owner of the property has ascertained that the legal descriptions and maps <br /> covering the easements that are presently required as a condition to the issuance of a use <br /> permit were not correct. They are in the process of being corrected by the owner's <br /> engineer. Once corrected,the two easement agreements will be signed by the owners of <br /> the affected real properties. Those documents will then be submitted to your department <br /> for review prior to the new hearing date. <br /> In addition, the owner is in the process of identifying estimated cost for the <br /> various improvements that will need to be made to the real property, including paving, in <br /> order to satisfy the other proposed conditions to the Use Permit as contained in the Staff <br /> Report. That has not yet been completed. <br />
