SA-01-4 OF DAVID LOWRY (C/O <br /> DILLION & MURPHY) <br /> The applicant is requesting the approval of a Site Approval application to develop a <br /> 10.17-acre parcel into a charter school. The school will operate on a conventional <br /> school schedule, running from September to June. Classes will be held Monday through <br /> Friday beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 3:15 p.m. The project is to be developed in <br /> two phases as follows: <br /> Phase I <br /> A 40,800 square foot school building. <br /> Kindergarten through fifth grade. <br /> 350 students —20 faculty. <br /> Phase II <br /> 66,600 square foot school building <br /> 15,000 square foot auditorium <br /> • Grades six through twelve <br /> 350 additional students —20 additional faculty <br /> The project site is located on the northeast comer of Cora Post Road and State Route <br /> 99 East Frontage Road, southeast of Lodi. (Use Type: Educational Services—General). <br /> The Public Works Department has required a traffic study to be conducted for the <br /> proposed project. Therefore, in order for the project to remain on the Planning <br /> Commission agenda for the meeting of May 17, 2001, the traffic study must be reviewed <br /> by the Public Works Department prior to April 25, the date of the Development <br /> Committee meeting. This is due to the fact that the Initial Study must be posted for a <br /> minimum of twenty (20) days, (30 days if any state permits are needed) prior to the <br />
