Deferred submittal accepted. <br /> e) Approved fire alarm systems shall be installed in accordance with 2016 CFC§907.2 and NFPA 72. <br /> Tenant/Occupant/Owner shall have the responsibility to ensure that the correct fire alarm system <br /> is added/modified/tested and accepted by the(AHJ)Fire District.Fire alarm plans shall be modified <br /> under separate fire permit and shall be submitted by a licensed contractor,to the(AHJ)Fire District <br /> for review and approval prior to installation/modification. Deferred submittal accepted. <br /> f) Additional fire hydrants will be required in the areas of future structures and development. <br /> g) An approved water supply for fire protection to the undeveloped areas, either temporary or <br /> permanent,shall be made available prior to commencing construction beyond the foundation stage, <br /> or as soon as combustible material arrives on the site. <br /> h) Approved vehicle access for firefighting shall be provided to all construction or demolition sites. <br /> Vehicle access shall be provided to within 100 feet (30 480 mm) of temporary or permanent fire <br /> department connections.Vehicle access shall be provided by either temporary or permanent roads, <br /> capable of supporting vehicle loading under all weather conditions. Vehicle access shall be <br /> maintained until permanent fire apparatus access roads are available. <br /> i) The Fire Department Fire Access Roads shall meet the requirements established by the San <br /> Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> j) Where access to or within a structure or an area is restricted because of secured openings or where <br /> immediate access is necessary for life-saving or fire-fighting purposes,additional key box(es)may <br /> be required to be installed in an approved location(s). The key box shall be of an approved type <br /> and shall contain keys to gain necessary access as required by the fire code official. In addition to <br /> key box(es), any automatic gates shall have Opticom access ability to provide necessary access <br /> for emergency apparatus. <br /> k) Other fire&life safety requirements may be required at time of building plan review. <br /> 1) Final approval is subject to field inspections. Minimum 48 hour notice required prior to any life- <br /> safety fire inspections. Other conditions may apply at time of inspections and are subject to <br /> correction. <br /> 5) SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS(Staff contact: Laurel Boyd, [209]235-0600) <br /> This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space <br /> Plan(SJMSCP). This can be up to a 90-day process and it is recommended that the project applicant <br /> contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible. It is also recommended that the project applicant obtain <br /> an information package <br /> 6) AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION (Staff contact: Travis Yokoyama, [209]235-0451) <br /> a) New land uses that may cause visual, electronic,or increased bird strike hazards to aircraft in flight <br /> shall not be permitted within any airport's influence area. Speck characteristics to be avoided <br /> include: <br /> 1. Glare or distracting lights which could be mistaken for airport lights. Reflective materials are <br /> not permitted to be used in structures or signs(excluding traffic directing signs). <br /> 2. Sources of dust, steam, or smoke which may impair pilot visibility. <br /> 3. Sources of electrical interference with aircraft communications or navigation. No transmissions <br /> which would interfere with aircraft radio communications or navigational signals are permitted. <br />
