STATE ROUTE 99 WEST FRONTAGE ROAD, LODI) <br /> I <br /> This project is a General Plan Map Amendment to amend a 9.9 acre portion of <br /> two parcels that total 43.28 acres from General Agriculture (AIG) to Industriall <br /> Truck Terminal (IIT) and a Zone Reclassification for the same 9.9 acre area from <br /> ! General Agriculture- 40 acre minimum (AG-40) to Industrial-Truck Terminal (I-T). <br /> The 9.9 acre project area is located on the west side of N. State Route 99 West <br /> F Frontage Road, 1100 feet north of E. Armstrong Road, south of Lodi. <br /> E <br /> Background <br /> General Plan Policy development criteria require that truck terminals shall be <br /> M considered only when a specific development proposal has been submitted. <br /> (Volume 1, Policy 2.(c)(3)(A), pg. IV-33) <br /> The underlying project will be a 4.4 acre area for a truck terminal for 12 trucks <br /> and 24 trailers that would include a 3,200 square foot office and shop, a 2.2 acre <br /> area for construction services that would include a 13,550 square foot office, and <br /> a 3.2 acre area for future expansion. <br /> Approval Process <br /> h <br /> To approve the General Plan Amendment (PA-0500367) the Board of <br /> Supervisors shall determine that the internal consistency of the General Plan is <br /> maintained in the adoption of the proposed General Plan Amendment <br /> (Development Title Section 9-803.4).
