IV-105) <br /> F <br /> • The parcel will continue to be served by an individual well. <br /> Stormwater Drainage <br /> Industrial areas outside of Communities generally require a public drainage <br /> I system serving the entire planned area. On-site drainage may be permitted in the <br /> Truck Terminals designation. (General Plan, Volume I, pg. 1V-109) <br /> • The parcel will be served by on-site drainage. <br /> Basis for General Plan Map Amendment <br /> 1. The internal consistency of the General Plan is maintained in the adoption of <br /> the Map Amendment. <br /> • This determination can be made because the project site will <br /> satisfy all Development and Locational Criteria for truck <br /> terminals as identified in Volume I, Policy 2(c) Truck Terminals <br /> (pg.
