RECEIVED
July 6, 2005 com
J'L ° 7 zoos
munity DoVeloAment Dept.
San Joaquin County
Community Development Department
Development Services Division
1810 E. Hazelton Ave.
Stockton, Ca. 95205
Re: PA-0500367(GP) & PA— 0500368(ZR
APN : 058-110-48&50
In response to the inquire as to the proposed Industrial Truck Terminal , I have
"no objections" other than that the applicant should be required to make all
improvements along the route to provide proper turning radii to accommodate the
Terminal designation. I am an elderly individual and this is the route that I use on
a daily basis. I have lived in this area well over40 + years and with the faming
industry and the service to the wineries, truck is a common issue. But due to the
ever changing demands Trucks are only increasing and thus have already
caused an issue at times at the on/off ramps and the access to Armstrong Rd..
With the curve on the frontage road and the anticipated access to the "proposed"
Industrial Truck Terminal, it will only increase delays and conflicts if you do not
consider all options for turning radii of trucks within the area.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
O --
AGNES TSUTSUMI ,/'
Property Owner
'372 2—
• Y
04
40
