The nearest area is Pixley Slough, 0.65 miles to <br /> the south, which is designated Resource Conservation. <br /> The proposed project is consistent with all General Plan development and locational criteria and policies <br /> required for the Industrial-Truck Terminal designation. <br /> Infrastructure Requirements <br /> Wastewater Treatment <br /> Industrial areas outside of Communities generally require a public wastewater system serving the entire <br /> planned area.
