(2) Noise levels of trucks entering and leaving the truck terminal shall comply with <br /> the California Vehicle Code sections regarding noise. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-505.6(b) <br /> i.Y <br /> (3) Noise levels at the property line shall be no greater than 65 dB Ldn. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-505.6(c) <br /> I <br /> g. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt <br /> concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. <br /> Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures <br /> or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> (4) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one-half (7112) feet <br /> wide and sixteen (16)feet long, be individually designated as a compact space, <br /> and make up no more than twenty-five (25) percent of the required spaces. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[c)) <br /> (5) All truck parking spaces and all major circulation drive lanes shall be surfaced <br /> and permanently maintained with a minimum of two (2) inches of asphalt <br /> concrete over an appropriate base. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. All other areas that are <br /> used for vehicular traffic shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with a <br /> chip seal. Aggregate base may be used for trailer storage areas. <br /> (6) No parking shall be permitted in the driveways, parking aisles, or maneuvering <br /> areas. <br /> h. LOADING: One (1) loading space shall be provided for each bay. Each space shall <br /> be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum <br /> height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be <br /> used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery <br /> vehicles.are provided.
