ter✓ (1) Access driveways for automobiles shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h][11) (2) Driveway width for trucks at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty (40) feet maximum. The design of the driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the property without entering into the opposing lane of traffic. (Development Title Section 9-505.7[c]) (3) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of sixty five (65) feet. (Development Title Section 9-505.7[d]) (4) Adequate maneuvering and parking areas of automobiles and trucks shall be located on the site of the truck terminal. (Development Title Section 9-505.7[e]) (5) Aisles between truck parking areas shall be a minimum of fifty-five (55) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6[d]j2]) j. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Sections 9-1015.5[g] and 9-505.6[x]) (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) k. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of- way width of N. State Route 99 West Frontage, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.8) (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9-1020.8) (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (4) The automobile parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9- 1020.5 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Fifteen (15) trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. 5
