ter✓ <br /> (1) Access driveways for automobiles shall have a width of no less than twenty-five <br /> (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that <br /> in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than <br /> twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h][11) <br /> (2) Driveway width for trucks at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty (40) feet <br /> maximum. The design of the driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the <br /> property without entering into the opposing lane of traffic. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-505.7[c]) <br /> (3) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of sixty five <br /> (65) feet. (Development Title Section 9-505.7[d]) <br /> (4) Adequate maneuvering and parking areas of automobiles and trucks shall be <br /> located on the site of the truck terminal. (Development Title Section 9-505.7[e]) <br /> (5) Aisles between truck parking areas shall be a minimum of fifty-five (55) feet <br /> wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6[d]j2]) <br /> j. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Sections 9-1015.5[g] and 9-505.6[x]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> k. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of- <br /> way width of N. State Route 99 West Frontage, shall be installed across the <br /> frontage of the project site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.8) <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved <br /> outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.8) <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> (4) The automobile parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9- <br /> 1020.5 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a <br /> minimum of five percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking <br /> area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Fifteen (15) trees shall <br /> be planted, evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. <br /> 5 <br />
