F_; <br /> June 27, 2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05087A <br /> 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> F1No septic permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on June 11,2005, <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No septic repair permits were found for the subject property during file review at EHD on June 11, <br /> 2005. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver <br /> (www.tetras erver.microsoft.coin). We counted the building clusters within one square mile of the <br /> Site, and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method, <br /> we determined that there are a minimum of 200 septic systems per square mile in the immediate <br /> vicinity of the Site. A square mile encompasses part of the city of Lo These houses are not ely <br /> using septic systems but were counted anyway.
