The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements <br /> w i I I be applicable and shall be incorpated i n the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (X) A. Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of: <br /> (X) 1. Apendix III-A of the Uniform Fire Code (public water mains). <br /> ( ) 2. NFPA 12 3 1 of the National Fire Cade and San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs <br /> Standards (static water supply). <br /> (X) 3. Location / Placement as directed by the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> (X) B. Fire hydrants shall be supplied i n accordance with Appendix I I I-B of the <br /> Uniform Fire Code. <br /> (X) 1. Type and size as directed by the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> (X) 2. Location / Placement as directed by the Woodbridge Fire Distict. <br /> (X) C. Fire protection systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the <br /> California Fire Code and the appropiate standards and guides adopted i n Chapter <br /> 35 of the California Building Cade and the California Electrical Code. <br /> (X) D. All valves controlling the water supply for automatic fire sprinklers systems <br /> and water flow switches shall be monitored in accordance with 904.3.1 of the <br /> California Fire Code- <br /> X) <br /> odeX) E. Fire Department access roads shall be in accordance with section 902.2 of the <br /> California Fire Cade and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Chiefs Association. <br /> (X) 1. Inspection of access roads shall be completed by the Woodbridge Fire <br /> District. <br /> (X) F. Fire Department access to buildings shall be i n accordance with 902.4 of the <br /> Uniform Fire Cade (Key Boxes). <br /> (X) 1. Key Box and Access Systems information as provided by the Woodbridge <br /> Fire District. <br /> (X) 2. Location of key box and or access system as per direction of the <br /> Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> (X) G. Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, <br /> Volumne 2, Standard 1 0-1 . <br /> (X) H. Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous <br /> to life or property, California Fire Code 105.2.1 <br /> ( ) I.
