Lathrop Road has an existing variable right-of-way width and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2.
