Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of a building permit. A review fee of $174.00 is required at time <br /> of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: Environmental Health Division has no permit(s) on file for the existing well and <br /> septic system. Applicant will need to demonstrate that the septic system is of adequate size <br /> and its ability to meet San Joaquin County Standards for proper distance rerquirements. <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it <br /> cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines.
