SA-95-01 OF <br /> JOHN MARASPINI <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The applicant is proposing a consumer recycling facility on a 1 . 6 <br /> acre site located between State Route 99 and the frontage road, <br /> on the south side of Lathrop Road, east of Manteca. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments : <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2 ) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1 . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. This approval is for a consumer recycling facility as shown <br /> on the site plan submitted January 11, 1995 , and as <br /> discussed in the expanded project description dated January <br /> 29 , 1995 . <br /> b. The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of the <br /> Countv Ordinance Code) <br /> C. A minimum of six (6) parking spaces shall be provided, <br /> including one spaces for the Physically handicapped. (4 <br /> spaces are required for every 1, 000 feet of building area. <br /> . 67 spaces are required for every employee. ) The size and <br /> location of the parking spaces shall be consistent with the <br /> requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the Development Title. <br />
