3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Ted Tasiopoulos, 953-7698) <br /> a. If restrooms are installed in any of the buildings on the proposed lot, the design of the septic <br /> system shall be included on the map, and land use conditions for septic system requirements <br /> must be met prior to building permit approval. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9- <br /> 1110.4) <br /> b. The applicant or successor in interest shall provide the owners of APN 017-09-29 a telephone <br /> number where the applicant can be reached in order that the applicant can respond to and correct <br /> odors emanating from the waste water treatment plant located on APN 017-09-28 and APN 017-09- <br /> 26. <br /> 4. OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES (Staff Contact: Dennis Fields, 468-3969) <br /> a. This business currently has a Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP) filed with this <br /> office. Thirty days after the completion of this project, California Concentrate is required to make <br /> the necessary modification to their HMMP and submit those changes to this office. <br /> b. If the expansion makes any modifications to their Ammonia System or movement of the Sulfur <br /> Dioxide, the company will be responsible to make the necessary changes to their Risk <br /> Management Plan prior to any operation occurring in the expanded area. <br /> Conditions of Approval -4 - PA-02-632 <br />
