The applicant has submitted the above referenced Use Permit application to expand a juice processing facility in three phases. Phase 1 will include a truck manuvering area, a 52,000 square foot equipment storage area, a 1,625 square foot addition to the "middle" building, and a 1,980 square foot addition to the "south" building. Phase 2 to be completed in 60 months will consist of a 5,940 square foot building. Phase 3 to be completed in 96 months will include two 5,940 square foot buildings. The project site is located on the southwest corner of State Route 99 east frontage road and Clarksdale Road, North of Lodi. I of Line Ad uBlment Based on the information that the Community Development Department has it appears that Lot Line Adjustment No. LA-01-76 that adjusted the property to its current configuration needs to be completed. Information received from the assessor's office does not reflect the property configuration as a result of the Lot Line Adjustment, therefore, it appears that title has not been transferred on the properties. This step must be completed in order for the Lot Line Adjustment to be completed. It will be a Condition of Approval that LA-01-76 be completed. The application is tentatively scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on March 6, 2003. The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed project and will be recommending that it be approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval. Use Permit Application No. PA-0200632 was approved by the Planning Commission on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force.
