PA-0200632 OF DENNIS ALEXANDER. <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Use Permit application to expand a juice <br /> processing facility in three phases. Phase 1 will include a truck manuvering area, a 52,000 <br /> square foot equipment storage area, a 1,625 square foot addition to the "middle" building, and a <br /> 1,980 square foot addition to the "south" building. Phase 2 to be completed in 60 months will <br /> consist of a 5,940 square foot building. Phase 3 to be completed in 96 months will include two <br /> 5,940 square foot buildings. <br /> The project site is located on the southwest corner of State Route 99 east frontage road and <br /> Clarksdale Road, North of Lodi. <br /> I of Line Ad uBlment <br /> Based on the information that the Community Development Department has it appears that Lot <br /> Line Adjustment No. LA-01-76 that adjusted the property to its current configuration needs to be <br /> completed. Information received from the assessor's office does not reflect the property <br /> configuration as a result of the Lot Line Adjustment, therefore, it appears that title has not been <br /> transferred on the properties. This step must be completed in order for the Lot Line Adjustment <br /> to be completed. It will be a Condition of Approval that LA-01-76 be completed. <br /> The application is tentatively scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on March 6, <br /> 2003. The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed project and will be <br /> recommending that it be approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval. <br /> Use Permit Application No. PA-0200632 was approved by the Planning Commission on . <br /> The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from <br /> the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied <br /> with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all <br /> necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br />
