The drainage pattern and corresponding <br /> storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered <br /> civil engineer or architect shall be included. <br /> d. PARKING AND SURFACING: Off-street parking shall be <br /> provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering <br /> areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained <br /> with base material of appropriate depth and <br /> asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a durable, dust-free surface. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5) <br /> (2) Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to <br /> protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015 . 5) <br /> (3 ) Parking shall be provided for the approved use as <br /> follows and may be installed in compliance with <br /> the approved phases: . 33 spaces for each fixed <br /> seat in the approved worship facilities; four <br /> spaces for each 1, 00 square feet of administrative <br /> offices that are used concurrently with the <br /> worship facility is; and space for each 1, 000 <br /> square feet and . 20 space for each participant in <br /> all accessory, multi-purpose buildings; and one <br /> space for each employee at the facility while the <br /> worship facilities are in use. <br /> (4) Accessible parking spaces, including van spaces, <br /> shall be provided according to the requirements of <br /> Chapter 9-1015 of the Development Title. <br /> (5) The size and location of the parking spaces shall <br /> be consistent with the requirements of Chapter 9- <br /> 1015 of the Development Title. parking <br /> calculations, details, and phasing information <br /> shall be included on the Site Plan. <br /> (6) The parking may be installed in phases to <br /> correspond to the approved phasing of the project. <br /> (7) one bicycle parking rack or storage device is <br /> required for every 20 parking spaces . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015 . 7) <br />
