The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. d. PARKING AND SURFACING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust-free surface. (5) The size and location of the parking spaces shall be consistent with the requirements of Chapter 9- 1015 of the Development Title. parking calculations, details, and phasing information shall be included on the Site Plan. (6) The parking may be installed in phases to correspond to the approved phasing of the project. (7) one bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces .
