(Development Title Section 9-1015.5) (2) Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5) (3) Parking shall be provided for the approved use, as follows, and may be installed in compliance with the approved phases: .33 space for each fixed seat in the approved worship facilities; four spaces for each 1,000 square feet of administrative offices that are used concurrently with the worship facilities; one space for each 1,000 square feet and .20 space for each participant in all accessory, multi-purpose buildings; and one space for each employee at the facility while the worship facilities are in use. (4) Accessible parking spaces, including van spaces, shall be provided according to the requirements of Section 9-1015.10 of the Development Title. (5) The size and location of the parking spaces shall be consistent with the requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the Development Title. Parking calculations, details, and phasing information shall be included on the Site Plan. (6) The parking may be installed in phases to correspond to the approved phasing of the project. (7) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) e. LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED AS FOLLOWS: (1) A minimum 10-foot-wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width, shall be installed across the site's frontage on State Route 99 West Frontage Road. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by driveways and walkways. All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped (Development Title Section 9-1020.8). The required landscaping shall be installed prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the first phase of the approved project. Landscape details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1020 of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan. Undeveloped portions of the project site shall be maintained to prevent the creation of dust or erosion and shall not become a health hazard. (2) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. A five-foot-wide planting strip is required in the parking lot along the south property line. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6) (3) The required landscaping may be installed in phases to correspond with the approved phasing of the project. Details shall be included on the Site Plan.
