APPROVED USE: This approval shall be to establish a church facility in three phases, <br /> as described below: <br /> Phase 1: Construction of a 25,000-square-foot structure for a 600-seat worship and <br /> education center. <br /> Phase 2: Construction of a 12,000-square-foot structure for offices and classrooms and <br /> expansion of the Phase 1 structure to a total of 990 seats. <br /> Phase 3: Construction of a 12,000-square-foot multi-purpose/recreation building. <br /> b. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit 'Commercial Building Permit' applications for the approved <br /> structures. The Site Plan required as a part of the building permit may be phased and <br /> must be prepared by a registered civil engineer or licensed architect. This Plan must <br /> show drainage, driveway access details (including gates), on-site parking, landscaping, <br /> signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the 'Site Plan Check <br /> List' for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-884) <br /> C. STORM DRAINAGE: Storm water drainage shall be retained on the site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be <br /> included. <br /> d.
