In order to fully characterize the horizontal <br /> and vertical extent of pollution in groundwater additional wells must be installed for this site. <br /> Board staff must approve monitoring well location and construction details prior to well <br /> installation. <br /> Subsequent to establishment of the evaluation monitoring program, the following monitoring <br /> wells will be sampled to determine compliance with the Water Quality Protection Standards and <br /> to begin data collection for design of corrective actions: <br /> Zone Background Compliance Evaluation <br /> Wells Well Wells <br /> A MW-1A MW-4A MW-2A, -3A, -5A <br /> B MW-1B MW-2B, -3B, -513 <br /> C MWAC MW-2C, -3C, -5C <br /> D MW-6D <br /> Groundwater elevations shall be measured semi-annually in all monitoring wells at the facility. <br /> Groundwater elevations shall be plotted to produce a groundwater contour map. <br />
