SITE APPROVAL PRE-APPLICATION NO. PA-0200509 OF <br /> LM WOODBRIDGE PARTNERS (C/O MOKELUMNE RIVER <br /> SCHOOL). A Site Approval pre-application for a high school to use an <br /> existing building formerly used as a meat processing plant. Located on <br /> the east side of State Route 99 East Frontage Road, at the northeast corner <br /> with Clarksdale Avenue, Acampo. (APN: 017-090-51; Address: 18846 N. <br /> State Route 99 E. Frontage Road, Acampo). <br /> Leanne Mueller, Associate Planner; Ervin Rifenburg, Foothill Engineering, and Clifford <br /> Goehring; Mokelumne River School, were present for this item. <br /> Ms. Mueller introduced the project and reviewed the Community Development Department <br /> memo. <br /> Ms. Mueller informed the applicants information would be required from a Acoustic Engineer <br /> indicating that there would not be a problem with achieving a level of 45 dB Ldn in the interior <br /> of the building. <br /> Ms. Mueller indicated that any proposed signs would need to meet the Development Title <br /> requirements. <br /> Ms. Mueller told the applicants that a revised Site plan would be required when the full <br /> application is filed.
