(Use Type: Education Services; General) <br /> The project site is located on northeast corner of State Route 99 and Clarksdale Road in <br /> Acampo. <br /> The Community Development Department reviewed the pre-application for PA-0200509 and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> General Plan Crit -ria <br /> The following policies apply to high school facilities. <br /> Policy 3 Volume IIn V 80 <br /> Future high schools should be sited <br /> Directly on a Minor Arterial or larger street as well as directly or indirectly on a secondary road; <br /> The project site is not located on a Minor Arterial of higher classification roadway. State <br /> Route 99 frontage Road and Clarksdale Road are considered local roads. <br /> In residential or commercial areas depending on access, noise, safety and other <br /> considerations. <br />
